Evidence has shown Reiki Energy healing programs as supportive to mitigating pain, decreasing anxiety and enhancing quality of life.
Reiki will change your relationship with your body forever as well as your connection to others.
At Honeys Energy Healing Reiki is given at every therapy session. This service is also offered by itself, or in conjunction with a meditation session.
Caregivers are encouraged to try Reiki to help then manage the stressors or caregiving

REIKI ENERGY HEALING FOR PATIENTS & CAREGIVERS
At Honey's we believe that yoga is for everyone and everyone could use yoga.
The practice of yoga, qigong, meditation and the breathing techniques of pranayama are combined to create yoga that restore, strengthen and revitalize the body at all stages of health.
Our yoga instructor who is also an Occupational Therapist, brings her clinical experience and training of the body into the cultivation of each yoga activity created specifically for each individual.
Clients who receive therapy services are offered one to one detailed instruction and personalized yoga routines.
We also offer two types of Yoga Classes with more to come.
Reset and Restore- This class is divided into two parts. Vinayasa starts this class. It is followed by guided pranayama breathing and meditative qigong and then meditation

Our one of a kind approach combines the most advanced medical treatments and holistic therapies to heal the body at every level.
Amanda Natasha Rosso MS, OTR, CLT, CYT-200 is a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist who specializes in Breast and Head/Neck Cancer Rehabilitation. Amanda received her Bachelor degree in Psychology and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University. She received her Complete Decongestive Therapy Certification” from the Norton School of Lymphatic Studies and then completed specialty training in “Breast Cancer Rehabilitation” (Klose Academy of Lymphatic Studies) and “Management of Head and Neck Lymphedema” (ACOLS- Academy of Lymphatic Studies).
Amanda studied Pelvic Health and Disorders Level I ( Herman and Wallace Institute) to help broaden her knowledge of female reproductive health rehabilitation.
Amanda spent most of her career working within the Virtua Health System including the Virtua/ Penn Medicine Cancer Program where she worked closely with physicians and team members to care for patients. During this time, Amanda deepened her knowledge of the ancient healing practices of yoga, meditation and reiki in order to offer them to her patients. Amanda is also a certified? Yoga/Meditation Teacher and a Reiki Healing Practitioner .
