Evidence has shown Reiki Energy healing programs as supportive to mitigating pain, decreasing anxiety and enhancing quality of life.
Reiki will change your relationship with your body forever as well as your connection to others.
At Honeys Energy Healing Reiki is given at every therapy session. This service is also offered by itself, or in conjunction with a meditation session.
Caregivers are encouraged to try Reiki to help then manage the stressors or caregiving
We offer many ways to experience this radiant householder tradition.
TRAUMA INFORMED REIKI, MEDITATION, SOMATIC BREATHWORK
Our yoga instructor who is also an Occupational Therapist, brings her clinical experience and medical trainning of the body into the cultivation of each yoga activity created specifically for each individual.
Clients who receive therapy services are offered one to one detailed instruction and personalized yoga routines.

Amanda Natasha Rosso MS, OTR, CLT, RYT-500 is a Registered Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist who specializes in Breast and Head/Neck Cancer Rehabilitation. Amanda received her Bachelor degree in Psychology and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University. She received her Complete Decongestive Therapy Certification” from the Norton School of Lymphatic Studies and then completed specialty training in “Breast Cancer Rehabilitation” (Klose Academy of Lymphatic Studies) and “Management of Head and Neck Lymphedema” (ACOLS- Academy of Lymphatic Studies).
Amanda trained Pelvic Health and Disorders Level I ( Herman and Wallace Institute) to help broaden her knowledge of female reproductive health
Amanda worked in the Virtua Health System including the Virtua/ Penn Medicine Cancer Program and is currently a member of the Lymphedema Team at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.
Amanda is also an advanced Yoga/Meditation Teacher and Master Level Reiki Practitioner.
Amanda is here to provide compassionate, dedicated and experienced care to those in need
