Meditation is a practice meant for everyone at all stages of life, but it seems very hard for many people. Meditation is the process of withdrawing from the outside environment, turning off the chatter of the mind, and going inward to find peace and understanding in life. The act of quieting the mind can seem impossible at times. This one on one meditation session is meant for the client who is serious in developing a daily meditation practice and needs assistance and guidance to do so. Clients begin with guided meditation with pranayama techniques to create grounding and presence. "Pranayama" is the movement of life force energy using the breathe. Pranayama is moves the breath through meridian channels of the body. Clients are welcomed to dive deeply into the teachings of Tantra to further explore the depths of this practice, but it is not necessary in order to experience the benefits of this beautiful householder tradition.
